    Krause lists this as KM MS8 consisting of KM# 16 thru KM# 23 and KM# 33, 10128 sets were produced.
    These coins are a beautiful matte finish. They are specimens not business strikes.
    They were minted at the Franklin Mint. All their coins are of high quality.
    The red folder is in great shape.
