Folk Art Nativity Set from Peru, Small Pottery, CIAP, Rasuwillka, Ayacucho!
This very small folk art Nativity set is a pottery "cup" with the figures set inside. The cup measures about 2 1/2" tall without the loop at the top.  It's very brightly painted in white, blue, green and pink/red.  Inside there are the Holy family, 3 wise men and two animals.  The bottom of the piece has a label that says CIAP Asociacion de Productores Artesanales Rasuwillka Ayacucho Made in Peru.  The piece is in good condition, showing only a little wear.  The donkey figure may have been reattached, as there is a little area inside that looks like it was reglued.
