Really cool chullo colorful earflap hat from Peru.  Crafted by Indigenous artists, this hat is hand-beaded with bird, animal and geometric motifs and topped with a spectacular multi-layered tassel in rainbow colors.
Long ear flaps with beaded ties and tassels at the end of the ear flaps.   Fits most adults.  Excellent condition with no missing beads or snags.  I am selling this as pre-owned because I bought this for my daughter and never gave it to her, so it has been sitting in my closet for 18 months.   Because this is hand-woven, you can see the work of the artisan inside the cap.
