About 15" x 21" ~ There is a black border thread around only one side and the bottom.  There are sloppy loose red stitches across the top that held a wood dowel.  Some Photos were taken with the dowel to show hanging.  The Dowel Is Not Included.  Fabric Piece Only to use however you like.  Hang, pillow cover or ?
