20th century. Measures about 10 inches in diameter and about 6 inches tall.

toning.
The dried gourd's top area has been decorated and cut so the hollow gourd can serve as a storage vessel. See photos.
The fine and intricate hand carving depicts musicians, dancers, animals, and the Peruvian landscape.
