    Pre-Columbian Moche Ceremonial Copper Rattle Tumi, 100-800AD, Authentic, Rare!!!
    Pre-Columbian, Northern Peru, Moche, ca. 100 to 800 CE. A copper ceremonial rattle and tumi with a flattened crescent blade atop and large hollow handle formed by folding the copper sheet back on itself create a pocket for clapper balls. Both sides of the rattle surface are hammered with repousse stippling motifs and piercings for suspension cords or ornamental tassels.
