    Pressed Flowers Assemblage Picture on Velvet
    in Gilt Wood Oval Frame~Signed
    Made by Joyce Hastings, Lebanon, Connecticut.
    The picture is mounted on velveteen and the background leaves are oil painted by hand.
    Hastings grew, hand-picked and pressed the flowers in their prime to retain their natural color and form.
    This arrangement of complimentary flowers was hand-selected by Hastings and overlayed onto the fabric. Signed on velvet by artist.

    Beautifully framed in gilt gesso frame under glass with hanging hardware.
    Flowers in this frame include: Cosmos, Delphinium, Bachelor Buttons, Larkspur, Potentilla, and Silver Lace.
