Unique Folk Art Gourd Etched Story Telling Dancing Working Peru Chile Signed

This item is a Highly Embellished Folk Art / Story Telling Gourd Depicting Daily Life & Festive Dancing in Peru / Chile.  I have no history on this as it was found - thus I am not positive as to origin.  Signed underneath "Brittany Miller" which I am guessing is the artist but I have not been able to find her anywhere.  As you can see, the workmanship is incredible -- So much carved/etched detail and the coloring brings out the art most beautifully.  Piece measures approx. 4" tall x approx. 4" wide.  A lot of detail and design in such a small amount of room.  The top stem is missing but probably came that way as the coloring doesn't go up into the stem area.  Gourd seeds inside rattle - has definitely been dried.  I believe this to be hand decorated - if anyone know this to be incorrect, please let me know and I will revise the listing.
